Disappointing hotel

Liked: Location. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Tiny room for which we had paid top dollar as billed a boutique hotel. Other rooms we noticed were much bigger. Apart from a dribble of shower gel and soap no other toiletries

Exceptional

Liked: A nice easy room to get into and within easy distance to the train station. Room has plenty of space and was well ventilated.We had plenty of room in the bathroom and were very happy with the quality of the facilities. Felt safe and comfortable, and was a perfect fit for our stay.
Disliked: Nothing relevant to the hotel. Some of the local streets had some interesting characters, but nothing that would even remotely stop me from coming back here.

Passable

Disliked: The location is littered with men loitering the streets smoking cigarettes. It seems this location is also the strip joint hotspot. Loud music until midnight followed by loud Arabic sounding discussions and arguments in the street. Over all ok but spend a little more for a better location.

Liked: N/a
Disliked: Rooms did not get cleaned. On Sunday evening asked staff if bar was open to get a can of juice the replied no. Never stayed in hotel where bar is closed to residents. Staff unfriendly. Tea coffee making facilities was a kettle t bag and paper cup no milk

Liked: Good place near the city center
Disliked: We had breakfast included, but it was really poor.

Liked: Nice rooms with facilities and comfy bed
Disliked: Very busy loud location, no staff present as there was no reception, entrance to the hotel not really monitored by anyone and whilst doors by check-in kiosk can be opened by the hotel key card, the doors to a joint pub/bar were left wide open for anyone to walk in with no staff there until the morning of check in.
