Disappointing

Most enjoyable and highly recommend.

Liked: Very clean. Great location. Close to a range of eateries.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: the checkin on the street was too long and I did not like feeling so exposed on the street.Also did not like my room positon just outside the lifts made it very noisy when people arrive and depart and doors slam. when wearied at breakfast there were no more free tables to sit at so we had to wait for some other people to leave, and most of all the room price was too expensive for what it was.

Functional but not good value.

Liked: Cleanliness and location. Breakfast was okay, though a little formulaic - by Germany standards, that is (a country I love).
Disliked: Very expensive for what you get (was the price inflated because of the proximity to Wimbledon?).There was nobody available for check-in at two PM despite the claim on the website.Check-in using the 'ATM' mounted outside the main entrance is highly public: quite possibly contrary to data protection regulations.Being in the UK one might expect welcome information by email would be presented in English, not just in German.The room is overlooked by several offices across the street but only a blackout blind is fitted to the window.

Liked: Good size room and nice bathroom. Our receptionist Alex was very helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. Air con worked well
Disliked: Perhaps could have done with better seating in room. Couple of the plug sockets didn't work
