Clean, great location but some...

Liked: Great location, very clean, delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Aircon was broken in the room/building, apparently it was getting fixed but that didn’t happen in the two days we were there. Therefore, the room was hot and stuffy at night, but the street was too loud to keep the window open when sleeping. We were not offered a fan and we were not told about the broken aircon until we raised the issue.The check-in board at the front of the building displays personal information in large font which allows passer-by’s to see all your details. The emails/messages we received were in German; great if we were in Germany, however we were in London.

Surprisingly good.

Liked: Surprisingly good, excellent value for money, location isn't right in central London, but it's not that far out and a good area with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a decent size, spotless, and modern. The bed was comfortable and the TV was big. Breakfast included was pretty good as well. For the price it's absolutely unbeatable.
Disliked: Online check in email was in German so I didn't act on it, but on arrival there were no staff present for check in at 2.30 so I had to input all my details/address etc on a screen outside the door in the street.

Clean no frills hotel in...

Liked: Location is graet but the were doing air conditioning upgrade on our floor which we had no idea on.
Disliked: All messages from property n German

Awful

Disliked: The hotel had no staff on arrival you have to check in to a massive great screen outside and put all your details in with the massive Que of traffic sat behind watching that can see all your personal information because the screen is so big. Got in no restaurant or bar went to the room the cleaners left the windows open and bed was covered in small dead flies that had flown in. Bed was two wooden single beds put together where the mattresses couldn’t meet because of the bed frame. Would never stay in one of these again.

Good for the price and...

Liked: Location worked for us as we needed to be in Putney.Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: A fridge would have been useful.Initial contact in regard to an email with the key and our subsequent discovery (only through someone walking past) of the check in panel was not clear. We got inside reception and had no idea how to check in or obtain entry to our room. I came across another visitor who had the same experience and helped her check in.
