It was very comfortable and...

Liked: The location is excellent. Breakfast was good. There was plenty of food and drinks.We asked for early check in and parking and were very pleased to get both.
Disliked: Didn’t like the card entry system outside

OK and clean but know...

Liked: The rooms were clean and breakfast lovely.
Disliked: Contact free check in on a machine outside of the door, also booked a room for 2A 1C. There was only a double bed for 3 to share so make sure you know if booking as we didn't.

Liked: Hotel is very nice and so is the staff. Hotel is located close to the metro station (8 minutes of walking) or to SWR. Putney is a very nice part of the city. We have been here for the third time - that's says a lot.

spotlessly clean and no frills.

Liked: spotless. shower was hot and fittings all felt substantial. breakfast variety was good.
Disliked: the electronic process was a bit temperamental.
