Liked: Great value, amazing location, excellent food and friendly staff.

Liked: Perfect hotel by the Thames and just opposite our dinner venue at Hampton Court Palace. Lovely room - great value for money. Lovely staff - couldn’t be more friendly. Nice restaurant with views on the river and good quality food.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: A bit of an 'olde hotel' feel, but that feel is fine for me!

Little London Gem

Liked: Brilliant location right next to the river. Quite quirky layout inside but a homely feel and a very warm welcome. Also good value for money based on London prices!
Disliked: Little bit noisy from persons walking around in the room above us but it’s an historic building so to be expected.

Lovely overnight stay for festival

Liked: First class service from all the staff and excellent room
Disliked: Slightly better fan - the Dyson was not at all effective with 30 degrees !
