We stayed at The Mitre...

Liked: The location was excellent for travelling by train to London. The views from the restaurant by the river were stunning. Staff were so helpful, especially Ashleigh and Andrew who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: Everything.Staff were really good and so was breakfast.Car parking not too bright, but about what you would expect given it's London

Good on the whole but...

Liked: Interesting building, great decor very stylish, well maintained
Disliked: Dinner the first night was a bit of a disaster (awkward table, some items sold out, food arriving barely defrosted, but they did knock it off the bill.Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price but they surcharged for the full English and most types of coffee which is bizarre. The cold buffet was a bit mean - no deli plate etc. Their English breakfast tea is awful!

The Mitre Hotel is charming...

Liked: The location by the Thames and across the street from Hampton Court couldn’t have been better. The property itself was amazing and so full of charm and history.
Disliked: I couldn’t find an outlet for the hair dryer in the bathroom.

Ideal home base for a...

Liked: Everything was exactly what I needed. I was particularly pleased that they looked after my baggage for most of the day both before and after my official stay. It made a big difference for getting to rehearsals and concerts in the area.
