Good experience
Liked: It was amazing to have a microwave and fridge in the room! Was great living in the top floor! Window could be opened which made the room comfortable, recommend to keep it open during the night for better air.
Disliked: Microwave and fridge smelled bad, we didn’t complain about it is our fault it wasn’t fixed. Also the TV was kind of behind the shelf, not too bad but a bit annoying. The view was straight into someone’s apartment, but far enough!

Good stay in a good...
Liked: The room was clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding and pillows are good. The shower has hot water. Cleaning service is available upon request. Each guest is provided with an access card. The elevator is small but functional. The reception staff was kind and helpful whenever needed. The hotel is well located, with a pizzeria and supermarkets nearby. It offers easy walking access to bus stops and a metro station.
Disliked: At the time of payment, they only accept a single card, and it must be under the name of the person who made the reservation. This is not stated on Booking and caused inconvenience, as we were expecting to split the payment among all guests.

Not ADA Friendly
Liked: The property was clean and the staff was nice.
Disliked: I am disabled with mobility issues and this property is NOT ADA friendly, which was not noted on the site or Booking.com. There are a lot of stairs and no assistance. Yes, there was an elevator, but it had to be literally 100 years old which made maneuvering the door very difficult because of how heavy it was. The doorways were extremely narrow, so I’m glad I didn’t have my wheelchair, just my Rollator. Because I was struggling to enter the building and use the elevator, upon arrival, staff eventually came down to support but was really nice about it. However. When I left to attend an even and came back that night I thought I was locked out, but thankfully my keycard worked (no one explained that to me). The elevator malfunctioned and I had to struggle up the stairs which was very painful. Upon checkout, the elevator still didn’t work so I had to call staff to bring the elevator up to my floor so I could take my luggage down and checkout. Other things that were off putting were the paper-thin walls. I could clearly hear other people singing, laughing, playing loud music, showering…I was staying for one day and just let it go, but I’ll never stay there again and would not recommend.
