Scott, Woodstock

Booked room 1 month ahead. Staff on front desk were unable to find confirmation of room - ended up in a smoking room in which I was unaware of. Room we ended up in was like a dirty ash tray. It would probably be cleaner in a dumpster !

Liked: Nothing really stood out
Disliked: Large orange stain on towel was very gross. I think it could be less expensive for the room l stayed in.

Disappointing

Liked: Helpful desk service.
Disliked: Police patrols seen everyday at the property. Toilet clogged frequently. The laundry room existed as advertised, but it required a key, which apparently is unique, and some guest took it for at least a day, so we couldn't use it.
