Beautiful place not so great...

Liked: The property was beautiful
Disliked: The staff was not very helpful , specially because I traveled with my dog and for little to no help as it related to where he was allowed (mainly restaurants). The staff was overall not friendly and didn’t make me feel welcome. I don’t think I will be back any time soon

Liked: view from our room, and the Sunday brunch buffet
Disliked: bathroom was dirty. air conditioning unit was very noisy. Not good value for money. buffet at knickers restaurant - most of dishes were not hot enough.
