Great place on an amazing...

Liked: The staff was exceptional in making sure we had everything we needed to include a refrigerator delivered to the room in a matter of minutes.
Disliked: The cost was a little high but considering we were able to stay right where I was playing a tournament made it a little more bearable. Great place to stay.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and convenient location.Balcony views were nice.
Disliked: *Facility is dated. The wing we stayed in had no elevators. *Had to wait for room along with several others*Beds were high...had to "climb" into them*Lots of special events going on that were hard to avoid

I loved the quiet, relaxed...

Liked: The grounds were beautiful and clean! Most of the front desk staff was helpful when needed. I liked the little touches like free parking, a magnified mirror, Q-tips, water bottles, tea, and coffee. Those added little perks felt welcoming like someone was anticipating my needs.
Disliked: One staff member at the front desk acted as though my request to move my room was unreasonable, but the resort was not full. I simply made a mistake when booking. The other front desk clerk made me more at ease with the decision to move. I was grateful for her friendliness after a long travel day in addition to it being the right choice for the move. I plan on staying here again.
