Very poor

Liked: It is right in the middle of LA.
Disliked: There was a guy sitting at the vending machine all night, every once in a while someone was approaching and he was pulling a suspicious bag from behind the vending machine. On top of that the bed covers had holes made from cigarettes.

Good value for money, next...

Liked: Location handy from international airport by catch the green line Metro, 7 stops to Longbeach Bolevard. Then walk 6 minutes.
