Liked: Given the location of the hotel and the amenities it is extremely overpriced.
Disliked: Car parked to far from out room and the food although good was over priced.

Disliked: Steak house was the only onsite resturant closed... very dissapointed it wasnt available for guests takeout or roomservice

Where do I begin?
Liked: I booked this hotel a month ago. I understand we?re in the middle of a global pandemic, however this property had ample time to notify me of their inability to provide 4 star amenities and service. I arrived early around 1 pm with my 2 year old. I had to park down the street and haul my own luggage with my 2 year old in tow. My check in process was a girl handing me keys and asking me to sign and initial a preprinted paper. She said my room was on the first floor and sent me on my way. I booked this hotel to use the pool durning the day. My son and I got ready and went straight to the pool, but the gate was locked, a guest suggested I go around the front, which we did and found a line to get in, I asked a girl in line what was going on and she said you need to make a pool reservation at the front desk. What!?!? I just checked in and no one told me. So my toddler and I head to the front desk, wait in line and ask if we can make a reservation for the pool- NO we can?t because it?s booked for the entire day. The pool was why I booked this hotel and no one cared to list this on the hotel page when I booked, no one emailed me to inform me, no one told me when I checked in. Fail, fail, fail on Booking.com and the hotel. I booked a 4 star hotel because I needed amenities that come with this rating. This hotel was completely understaffed. The hotel restaurants were both fully booked for the day by 2pm when I asked, you have to pay for WiFi, and in the morning when I called at 8am to order room service they didn?t answer so I called the front desk and they said they were super busy and she would have them call me back. They called back 30 min later only to tell me there?s a 2 hour wait from room service. I asked the man why and he?s said ?we?re overbooked and not staffed to handle the volume?. This is not a 4 star hotel, it?s a 2 star a best. Save your time and money and book another hotel. They have a few new chain hotels in the general area for less.
Disliked: The service, no amenities, the walls and windows are super thin and if your room is facing the promenade you get to hear live music in your room all night.
