Liked: The guy who gave us the key was very nice. We arrived quite late but he was there waiting for us.
Disliked: It was clean in general but the bed sheets had stains and were old.

Liked: He upgraded us to a better room for free. The bed was nice and parking was good. There’s an ice cream shop connected to the motel
Disliked: People seem to stay there permanently which wasn’t a huge problem, but my neighbor smoked cigarettes and it smelled. My room also smelled like cigarettes from a previous person. The office said they wouldn’t charge me for this, but also gave no discount for the smell. The room was a bit rundown. No soap for the bathroom or shampoo and conditioner

Disliked: Cleanliness of bed (stains on bed sheets, pillow cases), stains on walls, toilet didn’t work right, parking was tight, mold on shower curtain, exterior was dirty (trash left wherever)

Liked: This hotel was affordable, and the location was good. There is a cute ice cream shop attached to the hotel and a mall across the street in addition to being only a few minutes from the harbor by car.
Disliked: This place is run down, and the parking situation is insane. The parking next to our room was a handicapped space and the cross hatch pattern for said space, and we were told to just park there, that it was fine that we didn't have a handicapped parking permit. No thanks, we parked on a nearby street and it was deeply inconvenient. Other rooms have little car parks where 4 cars are supposed to park, but they are like door to door, bumper to bumper. The room was super run down, the shower is minuscule with a shelf that looked like it was moldy but was probably just old and gross. The outlets were not in convenient places, there were no hangers in the closet, and we had trouble getting the curtains to stay closed. When I initially went to the restroom I didn't notice there was an open curtain, and I could see people walking their dogs and smoking cigarettes right outside the room, I assume they could also look in. Not great.
