Disliked: No issues with property, only issues with the employees and management that greets customers with a condescending attitude and also refused to communicate with me due to my gender and would only communicate with my male fiancé being told by staff to make me listen and to make me understand that they would not cancel upon my request or provide a refund until the request was made by my fiance. I was given a form to fill out personal information per motel policy and I had no issues with this so after complying and returning the form, I had accidentally written down the incorrect phone number which I corrected and informed the staff that I crossed out the wrong information and the employee responded with insinuations that I should know properly fill out forms and berated me further in front of other guests by being told that they would force me to fill out a new form(which I did not mind and insisted that I would do so). then when they continued to insist that I am not smart and to learn how to write, I just responded with complete respect and compliance while they continued to tell me things that made me uncomfortable, after the hostile attitude I remained respectful and inquired about the WiFi and was told that it’s mobile phones only and not the television to which I understood and verbally agreed to comply, after I agreed I was then told once more that I “better not put the WiFi on his TVs because I am going to mess up his TVs because I look like those people” and then when I was told after the third time I then proceeded to respond with canceling the request to use the WiFi that is offered free with the booking as advertised and informed staff that the service was not hospitable and instead hostile, aggressive, and discriminatory as well as disrespectful.

Liked: It was very home like, quiet place, great to relax in and close to all the main shopping areas around. The staff are great, extremely kind people with good intentions.

Liked: The staff is very accommodating to our every need at whatever time we need them. The location is perfect as well.

Mission Bell Motel is a...

Liked: Very professional and kind owners. The location can be loud with Main Street right next to the hotel. It's an older property but it's clean. Rooms are a decent size, especially the rooms with kitchenettes. I probably wouldn't bring little kids, rooms are close together and there's no place for kids to play.
