Liked: Great location! Easily walkable to all of the main attractions. And very close to the metro to get to and from airport. Room was clean and tidy, very spacious and well kept. The building and spaces have a nice charm to them.
Disliked: No complaints!

Disliked: The key card had to be reset several times during my stay requiring me to go to the front desk over and over again.

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. There were markets and restaurants near the hotel. It was very close to the tram station. The room amenities were delicious. They helped with city tours. I liked that the luggage room and the luggage chests in the room were lockable.
Disliked: The water bottles in the room amenities can be renewed daily.
