Passable
Liked: I liked the location and Staff cooperation The room design is also nice
Disliked: A lot of noise even after they moved me to another room. I honestly couldn’t sleep well in the nights I stayed there. The noise issue might be resolved by installing AC system .Also the room was warm despite opening the windows

Terrifying
Disliked: Dear Front Office Manager,I am writing to follow up on an item that I deliberately left at your reception desk during check-out on 10 April 2025.It was a red bag with the word “Penny” printed on it, and I intended to arrange for its later collection.I kindly ask that you review the security camera recordings from that date and location, as the item was last seen at your front desk.According to Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., §§ 1051–1067), the hotel has an obligation to store and protect items left behind if the owner is identifiable – which is clearly the case here.If I do not receive a clear explanation or confirmation of the item’s status, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the local police, including a formal request for access to the relevant footage.Unfortunately, during my previous attempts to address the situation, the staff at Yazdah declined to assist me, which I find deeply disappointing. I sincerely hope this email will lead to a more constructive and respectful resolution.I trust we can resolve this matter promptly and respectfully. Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.Sincerely,
