Liked: I loved the location. It is right in the beach, with parking included from 11am on your arrival day. It looks like the owners have recently put in a lot of work with painting. The manager upgraded our room so we were on the third floor instead of the first which was lovely. The room is equipped with a mini fridge and small microwave. The beach area is small but sufficient. We grabbed breakfast from a place just across the street and enjoyed it on our balcony.
Disliked: If you wish to stay past check out you need to pay $20 for parking, but they only have portable toilets on site for you to use. We decided to move our car to the state beach for the same price and have access to showers and restrooms for the day.

Liked: Great location, right on the beach. Staff is great, very helpful, clean facilities and they have an elevator!!! I can't do stairs. Value is great too.

Liked: The location was perfect we were allowed to park and go to the beach while the room was getting ready. We were able to check in early as well. Super friendly staff. Very clean!!
