Lack of staff, dirty, lack...

Liked: My room was very dirty, after the first night they cleaned I could see the differenceEven I found a used soap on my shower!!! Besides the cleanliness, the hotel really needs maintenance!

Disappointment at a fair price

Liked: Centric and rooms were spacious.
Disliked: The facilities were old and were not properly maintained, for instance the sink in my room had no sink strainer and a previous guest left an unfinished soap bar and it was kept there. The hair dryer was broken, there was no remote for the TV, you had to leave your ID at front desk if you wanted a remote and finally walls are too thin and you could hear all the other rooms chattery and noise. Also there is a night club right next to the hotel and it was too loud. Pool water had a lot of trash and was unattended. Food and service at the restaurant was terrible and there were no activities inside the hotel.

Liked: It's very close to Diana Theater.
Disliked: It's very old, unkempt, terrible light installation and switch placement, dreadful bathroom infrastructure (PVC pipes where layed bare on the floor)

Disliked: El bano estaba sucio
