It was fun
Liked: Pool the service to get towels or attention was poor.
Disliked: The delay in having the meals served. The Restaurant staff was not well organized, very few staff?

I was expecting a nice...
Liked: The staff is awesome, they are kind and nice
Disliked: We couldn´t sleep our last night, the people that were in the room downstairs made a lot of noise, and we couldn't sleep until 2:30 am, and I sent many messages to the reception, but they could never stop screaming.Other thing that was so disgusting was that we had no water when we took a shower. It was a very bad experience during our stay.

Liked: clean and reasonably priced
Disliked: when we woke up on Sunday morning there were no lights and no water in the entire hotel. we checked out and there still wasn’t electricity or water in the hotel.

Excellent service which doesn't compare...
Liked: Service was excellent. The staff was always at our disposal and service.Emanuel (bellboy) was of great help for us. Rene, (the keeper at the middle of the night) was also offered great service and attention to our needs. The waiters during our breakfast as well. Overall, 5+ Service.
Disliked: The roooms are old and they appear to be a little forgotten. It is a shame because they don't match the quality of service. One of the things I didn't like is that the shower had in the ceiling and in the corners mold, and it seems because of lack of maintainance. Also the bathroom light didn't work (the one on top of the mirror) and the closet doors got stuck very easily.
