Superb

Always a great place to...

Liked: Huge room and comfy bed, very quiet corner room provided. Parking under the building. Staff great. Terrific cafe open long hours downstairs. This is our go to accommodation when staying on the northern beaches. Love it.
Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan needs replacing as it was so loud. Worked really well though, just noisy.

Liked: Close to venue and easy to walk to
Disliked: Rooms were very basic and over priced for what they were.

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and fresh. and took no time at all to serve. The staff, particularly the Manager, were very helpful, warm and friendly
Disliked: Only thing was bathroom missing face washers, and other guests overly noisy following wedding reception on-sight

A nice little oasis in...

Liked: Really clean, nice decor, ample underground parking, peaceful, quiet, beautiful gardens, fantastic restaurant. Rooms are quite spacious. Manager Ali was amazing and very accommodating.

I would highly recommend to...

Liked: Attended a wedding reception here and it was lovely to not have to drive home late at night. The hotel was comfortable, luxury bedding and garden views. Easy access to the lift to get to the underground carpark and to walk (follow the yellow markings) towards the events venue.
Disliked: I received a few missed calls and returned the call backs prior to arriving to the hotel. Lack of communication as the person asked what time I’d be arriving and said that’s fine. But when I arrived the reception was closed and the outdoor key box required a PIN number in order to receive my hotel room key. Providing the PIN number prior to arriving, there were no bathroom face wash cloths and one of the chocolate condiments (pkt of M&Ms) had a tear in the corner of the packaging which looked as though it had been nibbled at. Otherwise it would have been the perfect overnight stay.
