Liked: The maids were friendly and efficient
Disliked: 1. Except for the young nephew, the People at reception desk were incredibly RUDE, unfriendly and downright mean.2. Noise from outside and in hallways was unbearable.3. Skimpy amenities. The soap bar was only as big as a quarter.

Very good

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom very spacious but the hot water wasn't very hot, though we didn't bother to ask about it since we were only there one night. Location very nice. Right next to the zoo and Ocean beach.
Disliked: Front desk was a bit gruff but not particularly unfriendly. The overall building was a bit old but rooms were nice and updated.

Disliked: Wish for a keurig type coffee pot and at least enough sugar etc for 2 cups of coffee

Liked: The room was clean and all facilities were fully functional.
Disliked: The refrigerator noise was a bit too loud as was the heater
