Liked: The property was nice and clean and quiet
Disliked: Lady at the front desk was very rude to me. Don’t know if prejudice had a part to do with it or she just wasn’t in the mood that day. I was disappointed the moment I started talking to her, but overall the room was very clean and it was a quiet stay for me. I’m a very nice and spiritual person so I give off good energy so the moment I noticed she had a grudge against me. I immediately said. I’m not gonna let this lady spoil my weekend, but she was very rude. Her being rude made me look at the night of stay totally different.

Liked: Definitely an older hotel on the exterior, but the rooms were amazing and the location fantastic.
Disliked: Just a little wrinkle with the check-in woman who seemed to be preoccupied. Was not a big deal, but she could have been a bit more congenial.

Liked: The facility was clean and the staff is always very nice. There is no breakfast but the Java Cafe next door is wonderful! We stay for an event close by every year and the staff is so accommodating and the free parking is a huge plus in San Francisco
