Disliked: Although I asked for a quiet room away from traffic, I was overlooking the south parking garage lot by EXxon station. The traffic on Sullivan is non stop noise. The noise goes right through the balcony window.. . With it closed. If I stay again, I need an environmentally quiet room. The noise really affected my sleep.And isn't there a way the housekeepers can put their cart father away from my door when they aren't cleaning my room? I'm ill right now, and it was constant banging and going in and out of rooms, letting the doors slam shout.

Liked: The staff at the restaurant was great. Good food
Disliked: The room was old, the chair was ripped up and was broken. If I could have sat in it, I still wouldn't have because of how dirty it was. The shower head was 50%blocked. There needs to be someone walking the parking lot kicking people out of the parking spaces in front of the rooms . Headlights into the room at night is not great.

Liked: Very spacious rooms and bathroom. The bed was unbelievably comfortable.
Disliked: You have to pay for coffee. I’ve never had to pay for coffee in the lobby before. I was very good but not $3/small cup good. Few Hairs in the tub.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: My personal bed is a Sleep Number. My sleep number is 100, so I prefer a hard mattress.

Outstanding, wish we could have...

Liked: The check-in was fast, easy and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and spa were fantastic. The restaurant had fabulous food.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom and the toilet seat slams down, needs self closure.

Very nice, large, yet older...

Liked: Large room. Comfy beds. Fantastic shower. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful. Bar and restaurant were really good.
Disliked: Older hotel. It is well-kept but needs a bit of a facelift.
