Nice and clean!

Liked: I love the clean room ! The staff was ok!
Disliked: I didn't like the high price! I also reached out to the sales department to book a room for a brunch and rehearsal dinner and never got a call back! When I said something to staff at the front desk I was told to keep trying to call them.

Liked: it was clean and nicely organized, the pool and gym were nice
Disliked: there was a hockey tournament the weekend we stayed, so many children running around causing havoc for not only me and my guest but others as well. parents of the kids weren’t watching them just sitting in lobby drinking, staff did the best they could to get the children back to parents but it still was very annoying. The children also broke one of these elevators because they were constantly pressing buttons to each floor

Liked: Everything! Especially the staff, we’re all amazing and made me feel like family from the moment I walked. I have never had a better experience and that is including when I worked in hospitality myself.
Disliked: Wish there was room service available.

Amazing time overall

Liked: It was very clean and convenient as my brother was only 5 minutes from the hotel
Disliked: They removed the hot tub
