A little dose of friendly...

Liked: Friendly people both staff and other guests. Cat right at you door.
Disliked: Bathroom a bit cramped

Liked: The room was newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Very clean.
Disliked: The only mirror was the small one in bathroom. A mirror in the room would be a plus. There wasn't a wall outlet in the bathroom. Getting ready for an event was difficult.

Pleasant

Liked: Super friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean. Cute little dog named Monte Cristo greeted everyone in the office.
Disliked: Room was very small. Took a long time to get hot water for a shower. At one point the electricity in our room went out, luckily not for long. Bathroom sink had no counter space & was behind the door

Disliked: The highway noise. Of course it was Memorial day weekend and Saturday night.

Adequate accomodation if you are...

Liked: The room has been renovated and suited our needs for our 2 night stay. The wash basin was separate from the toilet and shower which is always useful for a couple. A grab and go breakfast - coffee, muesli bars, yoghurt - was available. The manager was very friendly and helpful with changing our room.
Disliked: The room we were allocated was by a busy intersection and very noisy. The manager kindly moved us to another room which was much quieter.

We came for the night...

Liked: The staff on signing in and out was super warm and welcoming. He was engaging and genuine. He made himself available for anything that might come up.
Disliked: There was Minimal comfort...only one very uncomfortable chair. The outside tables and chairs were likewise very hard and unwelcoming.
