Liked: Location is good and Italian restaurant is decent
Disliked: The room was retro but not in a good way, the wood work had paint all worn off, toilet had grout in between the marbel. The bathroom was not even upto standard of a 3star hotel. The amenities given were two bottles of water can tetrapack of milk. No dental amenities or anything that gives you a hotel feel. Felt like living in a hostel rather than anything. We never had fresh towels that don’t have a makeup or some other stains on them. The blanket had blood spots on them that was covered by a sheet on top. Had to ask the staff for 2 days before they changed the blanket. Last day they did not even change the sheets or give us towels. During a 8 days visit they only did room service once. That is a 5 star hotel price tag i paid for and did not even get the service that a descent country motel would give you. Total waste of money. If you like living in a bin and don’t mind burning money for this kind of rubbish service then go on book the hotel. Booking.com listed that we would get free parking on hotel premises but the hotel staff said the parking is paid the free parking is the public parking that you have to use. The pose a 5 star hotel but are equal to a motel

Disliked: The room had chipped paint, mouldy shower, badly chipped bathroom basin, cupboards that didn’t close. Over $800 for 2 nights for substandard accommodation
