Disliked: The room was not clean they swapped my room last minute got down graded and paid the same price

Liked: The facilities provided, the view and housekeeping services. The location was perfect and close to the CBD, while still remaining a lovely quiet spot by the beach.
Disliked: The 2 cockroaches we found in the bathroom, and the design of the bathroom. The bath/shower was slippery to get in and out of, and the room was quite outdated, with parts of mould in the crevices of the tiling. Walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, coughing and watching TV, as well as people running along the hallway outside. Still enjoyed it, but seemed less quality than we were hoping for.
