Lovely rural setting, fabulous sized...

Liked: Lovely spacious room, superb power shower and a great size bath tub, comfy bed; fridge, typical farm breakfast
Disliked: Pillows were a little flat, when booking the room it was advertised as bed and breakfast (so breakfast was included in the cost), however this was not the case; the breakfast for 2 for 2 days was actually extra costing a further £30

Liked: Large room and modern bathroom.
Disliked: Everything was fine although was surprised at being given 1 biscuit per person per day and 1 egg for breakfast instead of the usual 2.

Exceptional

Liked: Good breakfast. Mincombe barn raise their own pigs for sausages and keep hens for eggs.Very accommodating of vegan requirements.Lovely location, but you do need your own transport to get to Sidmouth and area, as it is off the bus route.

Really great stay . Everything...

Liked: Our room was very spacious and beautifully fitted with a large Shower room . Extremely comfortable we slept very well. Our old dog was made very welcome with special treats and the gated patio area felt very safe for her . We loved the home made cake and the welcome we received and breakfast in the lovely breakfast room was perfect .
Disliked: It was all wonderful!

A Luxury Hideaway in East...

Liked: Excellent accommodation and friendly hosts. Biscuits and cake treats each day and very good breakfasts. Lovely rural location but near to the seaside town of Sidmouth and lots of good walks.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.
