A great place to stay...

Liked: The breakfast was well cooked, generous and delicious, the location for the town and the amenities is perfect. I was made to feel very welcome by the hosts and had lots of helpful tips and information to aid my stay in Llandudno.
Disliked: The shower cubical could have been a bit bigger, but I got far more in the room overall than I expected. It just made washing more difficult.

Nice location, be wary of...

Liked: Lovely and clean, great location.
Disliked: Got segregated from others at breakfast and accused of flouting the rules, bringing takeaway food back into the hotel! Was not us and did not appreciate the accusations as we always respect where we stay. Not even an apology on the last day hence cameras everywhere which could have been checked.

Liked: All staff were amazing. Felt like friends when we left. Very welcoming and full of local knowledge. The room was gorgeous. Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well as the rest of the property. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were happy to accommodate any preferences. Will definitely stay here again, and we can't wait.We recommend this to everyone wanting a warm welcome and a fantastic time in Llandudno.
