Fantastic stay already planning to...

Liked: Beautiful hotel the grounds are very well looked after. Our dinner in the restaurant was 5 star one of the best meals we’ve had in a longtime.Rooms are very big and bed comfortable.Breakfast included in price was a great bonus with both hot and cold.
Disliked: Spa and gym was closed due to works

Our experience in the Southern...

Liked: Breakfast being part of the stay is an excellent idea as travel to breakfast is not a good choice.Food at dinner was superbly presented.The room was extremely comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: We were actually booked in for two nights. Initially Thursday 28th March but my husband phoned and requested another night Wednesday 27th March as our function in Berrima started at 2.30pm. It became evident on Thursday morning that there was an issue when our key stopped working but the girls at reception sorted it out with no issues. We certainly had paid for two nights.

Wonderful relaxing getaway, thank you

Liked: We loved the indoor swimming pool and wandering around the gardens.We enjoyed the breakfast and the view from this roomThe rooms were comfortable The view from our room was beautiful

Not happy

Liked: we booked and they failed to inform us that the spa and thermal pool were closed due a roof cavein. Understandably not their fault but we visit Milton Park for the spa, thermal pools and relax regularly. We left and drove back to Sydney 1 hr after we arrived and received a refund. At least 12 months to repair. Very disappointing. It would have been nice to be able to make an informed decision ourselves

The staff were wonderful, the...

Liked: It’s a gorgeous property
Disliked: The rooms were substandard for the price, the bathroom tiles needed to be regrouted, had mould. The furniture was worn and tired.
