A comfortable 1 night stay,...

Liked: I had a comfortable 1 night stay. My bed was comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly for me. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy.
Disliked: The leather on the chair was half peeled off. It didn’t look nice to sit on.

Liked: The location and price were great.
Disliked: The reception staff were not the best. The girl there asked the queue to take a seat and wait as she was with a guest. New guests appeared and started to queue, she then proceeded to serve them before those she had asked to sit down. We were not told we’d need to bring id to check in or that we’d have to pay a security deposit on a pre-paid booking. The beds were not comfy at all, all springs and no padding!

Wouldn’t stay again!

Disliked: Sanitary towel at the side of my bed… Bed was broke! Had to go to 5th floor to walk to 4 floor! And again 8th floor to get to 7th floor absolutely stupid
