In 20 acres of peaceful parkland this Georgian manor house has a pool leisure facilities and free Wi-Fi. Milton Hill House is 5 minutes' walk from local pubs and 25 minutes' drive from historic Oxford. With an LCD TV with Sky channels a laptop safe and private bathroom each room also has free tea/coffee. Standard and comfort rooms are located in the purpose-built accommodations wing or the Gable Cottages. Only premium rooms and suites are located in the manor house. Guests have free access Milton Hill House's leisure facilities including a mini-gym sauna steam room and spa bath. For more active guests there is a football pitch croquet and volleyball. A choice of coffees and teas are on offer free in the restaurant and bar. Serving a cooked full English breakfast every morning the restaurant also provides a varied evening menu. Convenient but I felt let...

Liked: Location was good for the event we were attending.
Disliked: The bedrooms were dreadful. Poor layout for the bathroom and the most unattractive block I have ever seen. The reception was under renovation and the bar under stocked. The kitchen was limited in its offering despite the menu looking good. It was totally overpriced at an average £185 per night per room.

Good location but rather tired...

Liked: Good location for Truck Festival

Great hotel, not the spa...

Liked: Comfortable rooms. Really well finished bar and restaurant. Food was amazing. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: The Spa. Don’t go for a Spa break. Jacuzzi was cold changing area (men’s) was very tired looking as was the pool area. Women’s changing room was closed, so had to use the accessible toilet (don’t know how two people were supposed to get changed at the same time)Shame, because it was the main reason we chose the hotel over others
