Apart from the small details...

Liked: The staff were fist class , spa was excellent and restaurant was amazing

Ill prepared and no ownership...

Liked: Lovely location
Disliked: We went on Monday 26th May as it was my wife’s special birthday. It was a bank holiday Monday and numerous items on the menu weren’t available and all the staff kept saying was it’s been a really busy weekend. This was really frustrating, things like a fillet steak, or honey at breakfast to go on porridge etc etc weren’t available with the consistent staff reply of sorry it’s been a busy weekend.

Liked: FABULOUS STAFF, BOTH OUR ROOMS WERE UPGRADED ON ARRIVAL.`V COMFORTABLE BED ,QUALITY LINENS , V NICE TOILETRIES
Disliked: ROOM WAS INCREDIBLY HOT
