Pleasant

Liked: Nice location near the river even though its very close to the A12 so you can hear the traffic.
Disliked: Showerhead needed descaling, walls very thin, no toilet brush, kettle hidden. We paid a £35 surcharge for our dog which was not advertised when booking but didn't even get any dog treats or bowls etc.

It was Ok by holiday...

Liked: Excellent breakfast, comfy bed, friendly staff.
Disliked: Mould around the window seal, bathroom grout. Noise from the A12

Excellent

Liked: The food, room, and comfort, setting
Disliked: In our room the Toilet had some sick under the seat from previous guest/ we told the receptionist upon check out to make note for the next guest.
