Liked: The location was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely building.
Disliked: Breakfast was cold and very slow one day. The room could get cold because the heating wasn't enough to deal with the large rooms with high ceilings and single glazed windows. Extra electric heaters were however provided.

Great hotel and lovely staff

Liked: Really lovely hotel in such a central location. Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful.
Disliked: Bedroom light was have been great if it was on a dimmer. Was a bit dark.
