Unprofessional staff

Liked: Staff unaware of any degree of professionalism. Had issue with toilet, engineer came and brought his muddy boots into the bathroom. Got mud all over the bathroom floor. Then asked reception to have the room cleaned. Returned late that night to an uncleaned room with mud still all over the bathroom floor.
