Comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was good, the room was specious enough for 3 and a pet. The location is pretty close to the town center and restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The parking was a bit hit and miss. We were lucky to get a fee space on the hotel parking but its very tight and not many spaces!

Exceeded expectations

Liked: I really liked the staff and the complimentary café and breakfast. The location was wonderful. The staff really makes the place excellent. I read the reviews but found them unfounded for my stay or blown out of proportion for me. It's an older building but charming.
Disliked: This is just preference, but im not a fan of the two twin beds pushed together to make one bed.

Liked: Location close to the station and very good breakfast. People were friendly
Disliked: It was old and the room was very small. So was the bed

A comfortable and friendly stay...

Liked: Wonderful location. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice surprise. Breakfast had a range of foods.

Very pleasant stay

Liked: I loved the fact that they put out snacks from 3 to 5 pm. Also easy to walk to train station and all the local sites!
Disliked: The room was a bit small but OK for one person

Superb

Liked: Snacks during afternoon including a tasty soft ice cream.
Disliked: Little space in the lift
