Liked: Breakfast was nice - would be nie if it would open at 7. Good bed. Very nice staff.
Disliked: Too bright in the room. No curtains to keep out the sun - that rises at 5.30. No information about wi-fi in the room. Is there free wi-fi?? We could hear other guests rather clearly - in the next rooms. With a little effort this could be a lot nicer hotel.

Liked: Very pleasant in every way. The location perfect with the train station 1 minute away. The staff were fantastic with the Princess at reception and the night guard.

Liked: The staff was really friendly, specially Nicholas, the breakfast was top tier, very variated and loved that the coffee machine was available all the time. Also the location is great to get to know Kolding.

Did not meet my expectations

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: The room had the size of a shoe box, and the shower splashed all over the bathroom floor. There was no proper shampoo or shower gel just a combined shampoo/bodywash. There were no channels on TV, only the option of streaming Netflix and the like. The was an overall feeling that the hotel wanted to brand itself as a 4*hotel but ended up resembling a 3* London hotel.
