Very good

Great value for money stay...

Liked: Nice beds and it all looked quite modern.
Disliked: The curtains were almost see through, my dad had some trouble sleeping because of this after 5:30. Also cleaning could be a little better but that’s okay.

Liked: Staff in the reception was really nice and kind.
Disliked: Our room had humidity and smelled really bad due to it. The bed was wet due to humidty. We had to leave. They offered to have a new room but we did not want to.

Liked: The hostel is in a great location, has a good breakfast, and the rooms are clean and tidy.
Disliked: The room felt more like a prison cell — incredibly small, with just a 90 cm-wide bed and barely enough space to move around. I'm only 156 cm and slim, and even I struggled to turn. I honestly don't know how taller guests would manage. The bathroom setup wasn't ideal either: the shower and toilet weren't separated, so the whole room got wet whenever I took a shower. That said, everything was clean and functional.What really frustrated me, though, was the communication with the receptionist. I'm not sure whether she didn’t know how to handle basic tasks or simply chose not to. I had to go through several attempts just to get an invoice. At first, she claimed Booking.com was responsible for it. Then she said she hadn’t received my emails — even though, oddly enough, the same email worked later on. She made me wait so long that I nearly missed my deadline to get reimbursed by my company. It was incredibly frustrating.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The size of the room and the bathroom was an embarrassment for 120 Euros a night. This really was not value for money. The breakfast was very average too and felt like we were being fed at the zoo.
