Budget accommodation at budget price

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and the price very reasonable.
Disliked: Although the bed was comfortable it was very soft and my back ached in the morning. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower - it was impossible to have a shower without being draped in a wet plastic curtain.

Liked: The location and parking was great, the room was good value, the staff were helpful
Disliked: The room was small and dark, the bed had an uncomfortable dip in the mattress, the shower head didn’t fit into its holder so had to be held to use it.

Disliked: The food especially chicken was served cold. Not the first time we stayed alot but really cannot fault the staff excellent.

Liked: Check in was easy nice bar area bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room very dated floor boards all loose im the whole room and very loud when getting out of bed to use the toilet bath looked like someone had spilt paint in it and dirty (so didn't want to use) just very old and grubby looking didn't have the best nights sleep due to people knocking on doors early several times and phone alarms going off early (not the hotels fault) but could hear every noise obv very thin walls so not the relaxing night away I'd hoped for sadly no one available at check out to comment to

Good facilities and great value

Liked: Near a busy road but our room was away from the worst of the noise. Comfortable beds, good facilities, friendly staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately the noise from other rooms disturbed us but not sure what could be done to improve this as fire doors are essential for safety, and extractor fans necessary in the bathrooms. Room was very warm but there was a fan provided
