Liked: Nice main area in building with a bit of history as a bakery/ mill. Staff were very good.
Disliked: Room was ok but looking a bit tired, maybe its due a refurb soon

Liked: omg really enjoyed our stay the staff was great very helpful . lovely breakfast with menu . and we had a evening meal . very nice . good choice will stay again when visting a step daughter she moved to that area .

Great for a cheap and...

Liked: The room was very clean and tidy on arrival. The restaurant area was nice.
Disliked: The lack of plug sockets in the room, they were in very awkward places, as opposed to each side of the bed where needed. Bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, as a personal preference. Continental breakfast was very sparse , ran out of everything before the end, no orange juice at all on two of the mornings out of 3. Cooked breakfast was average.

Lovely staff, pleasant rooms and...

Liked: the breakfast offer was excellent and the staff so helpful, evening meals were tasty and well served. The evening specials offer could have been larger. The dining area is dark a feature of an old building but we did eat out in the courtyard which was delightful.I noted there were drawing sheets and colour pencils for the children which were well used.The staff in the bar and dining area were young but so helpful and attentive
Disliked: The confusion about having a ground floor bedroom although I did have confirmation that that had been arranged. It was resolved by the hotel receptionist when need explained.
