Very poor

Liked: location is great. the mattress is very good
Disliked: Property is very outdated. for almost $400/night this is the worst place I stayed at. Mold, toilet door doesn't lock... Staff refused to even consider putting us on the first floor - said all rooms are pre-assigned.

Good stay in Jackson

Liked: The room was nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and we liked the self check-in.
Disliked: The refrigerator was extremly loud and there was a mold spot at the ceiling in the bathroom.

Liked: Location was fantastic, the outside of the building was cute and well maintained
Disliked: We were on the ground floor, the creaking noise from the floorboards upstairs woke us up both nights we were there, we heard every footstep and wondered how anybody could be walking around that much in the middle of the night. The second night wasn’t quite as bad but we were woken by every step of the occupant upstairs very early in the morning as they were packing to go, the upper floorboard creaking was terrible. The very large room desperately needs a nice sofa/lounge for seating and to fill the void.The bathroom was so dated and looked more than 20 years old, a refresh is very much needed.We paid an absolute premium amount of money to stay here and did not feel at all we got our moneys worth.

Liked: Great location, short walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was great.
Disliked: Felt like it hadn’t been updated since the 70s which would be okay except that the rates were very much 2025.
