Location was perfect for train station and the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I have ever experienced! Stay at Innkeeper's Lodge Maidstone - friendly staff and clean.
Disliked: Guy in the room below snored like an express train!

Very good
Liked: Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Room was good size, clean and comfortable
Disliked: I know this is difficult to remedy, but there was a large lorry outside my window at 5:00 a.m. making a delivery. Noise of reversing and unloading was loud

In need of a refurb...
Liked: Great food and comfortable beds. Large shower. Room was a good size. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Decor is tatty and tired especially the stairway to rooms. Carpet looks like it had been there for over 30 years, very dirty and tired looking.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff just...
Liked: Lovely hotel, really friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking and the hotel room was a really good size for a family room.
Disliked: We had an issue with one of the travel cots provided by the hotel. We required 2 travel cots for our twins which I had checked and arranged ahead of time. The 2nd cot we were given was faulty, where one of the sides would not stay up and as soon as we put a child in the cot both sides collapsed. We had a very distressed child because of this and we were unable to stay overnight as unfortunately there was no other option. Real shame as up to this point we were really enjoying our stay.

But pricey for one night...
Liked: Spacious bedroom. Clean and comfy.
Disliked: Room was very warm (south west facing) and window seemed fixed open. Was unaware of the free breakfast (albeit limited) if ordered in advance. For £170 for one night, would’ve been nice to have been offered at least a muffin. I was given a fob to open the door but it wasn’t locked. Coming home at 1am alone to an unsecured hotel was a little disconcerting.
