Liked: On the outskirts of Brighton.
Disliked: Run down. Didn’t a paint and proper clean. On the way up to the room the stairs looked like they have not been hovered for weeks

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No bath.

Exceeded our expectations

Liked: Good location, welcoming, smart, lots of parking, clean, a cheaper breakfast option.
Disliked: The entrance to the car park was not clear as it is on a fairly busy road and as a consequence I just missed the turn off and had to drive around for a while in busy traffic to get back into the same road. I also thought the price for the breakfast was a bit high, especially as tea and coffee was not included.

Liked: Clean , comfy bed and free parking, on bus route into Brighton .
Disliked: Room could have done with an extra blanket. No sausages, porridge for breakfast available and no one came to offer more toast . Extra toast would have been nice.

Lovely stay in pleasant comfortable...

Liked: Comfy hotel, room a little dated but very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Dinner and breakfast were excellent
Disliked: A few too many stairs for someone with mobility issues, even had steps going into the bathroom but now I am aware there is one accessible room would try to book it next time

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but it there are several bus routes nearby, so you can get to anything you need to. We have stayed here before and would love to come back again if we are ever in that direction. The food is amazing and we have never had any problems with anything.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is maybe about having a small fridge in the room. We brought many things while in town and it would be nice to have kept some things cool. But it wasn't a deal breaker that there wasn't one.
