Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size for the price. All in all it was a nice hotel to stay in for an evening.
Disliked: You could only get food up to 1030 and you had to order it from the bar they didn't deliver to the room. And the fridge in the room that had the drinks and food and stuff wasn't very cold at all.

Emily Tue, 18 April 2017

Liked: Staff were very friendly especially those tending the bar. The beds were super comfortable and the room was quiet. The workout room was well kept with modern equipment.
Disliked: The room was pretty small with just enough space for the bed and 2 bedside tables and TV. This was not a problem for us because we spent very little time in our room, but it might be a con for other travellers.

Pleasant - 3.15 out of 5

Lisa Mon, 17 April 2017

Liked: The location was the best thing about this property. Walking distance to downtown Chicago shopping, the zoo, navy pier, millenium park... it was a great spot.
Disliked: The room was tiny. The bed squeaked so I asked for another room and got an even smaller room which the bed squeaked in that one also, so it was a trade fail. Additionally the water pressure from the showerhead was not great and the temperature would fluxuate from warm to hot to warm. I like to take a hot shower so I found that extremely annoying.
