Food and Drink Options

The on-site NiX restaurant serves up farm-to-table eats perfect for a pre-show meal or a late bite. The Martini Bar is a must for classic cocktails and live jazz piano on select nights. While 24/7 room service isn’t offered, the location places you within walking distance of late-night eateries, cafes, and bars. And yes – there’s breakfast available for those slower mornings after a big night out.

Whether you’re into speakeasies, rooftop cocktails, or dive bars, you’ll find something in walking distance. Navy Pier and River North’s buzzing nightlife are just a quick Lyft away.

What People Say

Guests love the elegant historical vibe, with many praising the vintage style of the rooms and beautiful Crystal Ballroom. The location is unbeatable for both shopping and entertainment. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and easy access to the lakefront.

Areas for Improvement

Some rooms show signs of wear, and a few guests mention the bathrooms could use a minor refresh. Wi-Fi isn't always lightning fast, and there's no pool – but most concert-goers are too busy enjoying the city to mind.

The Bottom Line

With its unbeatable location, historic charm, and easy access to music venues, the Millennium Knickerbocker Chicago is a top pick for concert-goers looking to stay in style.

Overall great experience. Very charming hotel with very friendly staff. It's older so there are subtle details needing some aesthetic updating. However it did not take away from a wonderful experience.

Liked: Quite charming.
Disliked: No hypo-allergenic sheets and the sheets on the bed were cheap; low thread count sheets; there was a musty smell of powder in our room.
