Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a reservation issue that they quickly got resolved. Easy access off the freeway. Continental breakfast was ok and as I expected, with no hot options. This was a decent, lower cost room for what we needed ...a quick stop to sleep
Disliked: The room was not the cleanest and the towels are pretty small and thin. Mattress was harder than we like

Disliked: The front desk clerk only said what had to be said and uttered under his breath. The tub wasn't clean, and sheets weren't clean. I had to go to the front desk and ask for clean sheets. The sheets I was given fit a queen bed(even though I told him king) , and the clean sheets i was given, fitted sheets, was torn from where they made them fit. The mattress protector didn't fit due to it being the wrong size. The comforter had 2 cigarette burns in it, although it was a non-smoking room.
