Replace the entire front desk...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The spa facilities were excellent, and the hotel is perfect for families with kids. The location is fantastic – very central and convenient. We also appreciated the 20% discount for Polynesian Spa, which was a great bonus.
Disliked: The worst part of our stay was the front desk staff (Indian men), who were extremely rude and arrogant. Thankfully, the porter was the complete opposite – very friendly and always ready to help. Huge respect to him!
