Exceptional - 5.0 out of 5

Heather, Rochester Thu, 27 October 2016

Loved the room. Food was excellent. Staff, from valet to the front desk staff, were superb! The price was considerably lower than the (less the great) hotels in the area.

Liked: Rooms and staff.
Disliked: Construction and elevators.

Sandi Wed, 30 November 2016

Liked: This hotel was very clean. Its location was convenient for being pretty close to downtown, Loring Park, and the Basilica of St. Mary. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My husband and I spent very close to $40 for a breakfast of waffles, one coffee, and tip. Also, we paid $26 per night for parking at the attached parking garage.

Poor - 1.5 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Mon, 28 November 2016

Liked: Modern, clean
Disliked: Staff unprofessional, hid out in the back room instead of at the front desk. Restaurant, and bar closed over Thanksgiving week. Hotel self parking was $26 per day which is outrageous. Valet was more ($32) Was not up to snuff per star rating.

Liked: Staff was nice!
Disliked: The wifi did not work. Every time I mentioned it,they transferred me to their outsourced IT that did nothing.

Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Sun, 23 October 2016

Disliked: Could not get me a cab in the morning and seemed to have luke warm water in the evening, not hot. Mornings was hot. Broken elevators caused long waits and sharing with staff and their carts as their elevator was also broken.

Poor - 0.5 out of 5

Nicole Sun, 16 October 2016

Liked: The hostess at the restaurant was an absolute doll.
Disliked: My room was very small, limited amount of outlets, no charging stations in my room. My room was cold. Gym was unreasonably cold (at least 35) I was freezing during and after my 1hr wkt. The lobby and restaurant was cold. I was not given receipt at ckout.

Wonderful - 4.5 out of 5

Verified Hotel Guest Wed, 12 October 2016

Liked: Good location, excellent staff, nice clean rooms.
Disliked: Construction all around...not the hotel's fault. Thermostat was apparently smarter than we were, and we woke up to 61 degrees. We didn't report it to the staff, as we didn't find it to be that big of a deal.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5
