Loved the room. Food was excellent. Staff, from valet to the front desk staff, were superb! The price was considerably lower than the (less the great) hotels in the area.
Liked: Rooms and staff.
Disliked: Construction and elevators.

Liked: The only 2 good things about Millennium The bed was comfortable. The pillows where of high quality.
Disliked: I have been to a lot of hotels all around the world, this has been one of the worst in terms of service in particular. The first night I checked in I needed someone to help me take the luggage upstairs. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone, so the receptionist came and pulled one of my bags with me. In my room, I needed a spoon, so I called the room service and asked for it. I was shocked with their response. The guy who answered the phone, told me to go downstairs to get it, they won't bring it to my room. The room service was really one of the worst. They did not clean the room, they only did the beds, that's all! One day I left a coffee paper cup on the table, and it stayed there for two days, even though it was empty. The same thing happened with an empty ice cream bucket, they left it in its place for 2 days, and its bag was on the very same spot on the floor during those 2 days. One day I asked again for cutlery, and luckily this time they brought it to my room. However, when I used the spoon, they left it dirty in its place on the table for 3 days! Even though they cleaned the room in those 3 days! Considering the money I paid, I expected a much better service.

Liked: I really appreciated the personalities of those who cared for me. Everyone was gracious and considerate.
Disliked: I felt the lobby was always a little too cold, I needed a sweater. And somehow I wanted it to be brighter, maybe lighter colors? Or plants? I accepted the construction as a fact of life and look forward to visiting when that's complete.

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Construction made it a little difficult.
Disliked: We thought we were getting a double room with double beds... paid extra thinking that.. NOPE just two double beds. paid extra for nothing - felt mislead

Liked: The best part of this hotel is its relatively lower price point for the location, especially since it was 50% the price of the Hyatt across the street during a conference. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I didn't encounter any of the hiccups other reviewers may have experienced.
Disliked: The strange thing about the hotel is that some of the furniture seems fairly cheap or not well kept up so that you do notice some dents and dings in the dresser, headboard, etc. It's not a huge deal but gives the overall impression that it's not operating on the level of larger hotel chains or even smaller boutique hotels. Also, the food isn't great, so I would recommend making the effort to find somewhere off site to eat.

Disliked: Terrible parking (EXPENSIVE, and not included -- not communicated on website), dysfunctional appliances in room (broken coffee maker, broken TV). Unhelpful staff with bad attitudes.
