Loved the room. Food was excellent. Staff, from valet to the front desk staff, were superb! The price was considerably lower than the (less the great) hotels in the area.

Liked: Rooms and staff.
Disliked: Construction and elevators.

Adam Mon, 17 April 2017

Liked: Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent location. Parking was easy access. Really clean rooms.
Disliked: Room was kind of mediocre. Products in the bathroom (shampoo, soap, conditioner) could be upgraded to name brand. Some of the furniture was a little dinged up (cupboard to the mini fridge was banged up pretty bad). But not too bad for the price.

Liked: The bathroom was really nice, as was the bed
Disliked: No hot tub

Poor - 1.25 out of 5

David Mon, 17 April 2017

Liked: The hotel is located downtown and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars and pub but did not have direct access to the skywalks
Disliked: The hotel was surrounded by major reconstruction which was loud and dirty. There was no access to the downtown skywalk system. The bathroom door was a slider and wouldn't stay shut and kept opening while in use causing privacy issues. The bathroom fan didn't work. The front desk staff was rude and not approachable. The parking is EXTRA which wasn't mentioned and cost $27 per night even though the separate parkade charged less. The room was quite small and poorly layed out. There was no Mini fridge which was a huge inconvenience. There was no complimentary breakfast and they charged $20 per person for a typical breakfast meal.

Disliked: No breakfast. No business center (although front desk did help with a printout). Small pool.

Chris Fri, 14 April 2017

Liked: Room and facilities were great!
Disliked: Noise levels and the location of the room being right next to the elevators. Had people wrapping and being loud late at night, 10 pm and later. Various other guests were very loud, not sure that the guest profiles matches the venue. Was not made. aware of all the construction in the area. Noise levels were also very bad, does not allow for morning sleep. Cleanliness in room generally great apart form hair strands on bed and bathroom.

Pleasant - 3.15 out of 5

Claire Fri, 14 April 2017

Disliked: The bed in our room definitely wasn't a king sized bed, there was no mention of the happening construction online before booking the room, the parking garage crumvled and leaked all over my car, and everything (parking, the room, room service) seemed way over priced for what was actually provided.

Heather Fri, 14 April 2017

Liked: I booked the a room with breakfast and an appetizer included. It was well worth it. Best hotel breakfast downtown hands down. Restaurant quality and style not buffet. The appetizers were great. The best cheese curds I have ever tasted. Much more than I expected. The room was comfortable and clean.the parking ramp is attached to the hotel for easy access.
Disliked: There is construction around the hotel as of spring 2017. The parking ramp is not the easiest to get around in and is pricey at about $26 a day.
