Liked: Style/decor.
Disliked: No information in room in regards to internet/what features available in hotel. Restaurant menus. No robes in room, had to ring room service for them as well as only 3 English tea bags, which is not sufficient for 2 people for 2 nights. Bedside table had not been cleaned as wet marks from previous occupants still visible. No standing lamp in our room which is is pictured on your website. On second day the hot water was a murky shade of brown.

Liked: Beautiful clean warm spacious rooms. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff great value for money especially for families. Super size indoor heated pool which is a bonus when traveling with my family. Truly great value for a luxury experience. Will be my go to place to stay when I auckland from now on. 10/10

Great location, lovely amenities

Liked: Great location, central to shopping, cafes and eateries. Lovely friendly professional staff. Got a free upgrade to a newly renovated room
Disliked: A little confusing to get into the hotel as there was construction happening at the main entrance. Newly renovated rooms still had old fixings in the room which was a little strange but not an impact on the rooms functionality at all.

Liked: Lovely staff, great amenities. Beautiful buffet breakfast. Easy parking. Lovely to have pool and sauna.
Disliked: I did find the bedding a bit uncomfortable.

Overall a great stay, especially...

Liked: Loved the views, location and the pool + gym. Very family friendly. Service at check in was awesome. The room was a good size, larger than most. Portacot was set up perfectly. Everything looked very clean which is something I not pick over.
Disliked: Didn’t like the breakfast options. Had to wait a long time in line to check in. No milk in the room for hot drinks. Only one robe and slippers in the room. We went for an evening swim, noticed upon leaving the pool that staff had already taken the cage of towels away despite the pool still being open for use for the next two hours, luckily we had picked up towels as we walked in. I did not like the toiletries, it’s the first time I have stayed in a hotel of this tier that did not provide individual soaps etc. everything was attached to a wall….
