Liked: Front desk was very nice and upgraded our room due to noise of night club.
Disliked: Decor and rooms need to be updated and modernized. Also, please take the night club out of the hotel - it's tacky.

Liked: Staff was very kind and remembered us throughout the week
Disliked: Took me three times going to the front desk to get a rollaway bed hot tub was not able to be used. And bartender was horrible at making drinks

Liked: The room was so clean and bed was extra comfortable. Bathroom shower was great.
Disliked: I liked everything about this facility.

Not a terrible stay, but...
Liked: Comfortable room, bed.
Disliked: No other guests check in when I did. Took about 30 minutes to check in and get key. I booked the room through a 3rd party booking service. Clerks couldn?t find me reservation and when they finally did, didn?t know what to do with it. No sugar or cream in my room for coffee. Single cup coffee maker and coffee in room. But no cream or sugar.

Liked: Location. Great shower. Indoor pool was nice. Hvac was good. Quiet.
Disliked: Bug crawling on wall. Hot tub not working. No ice on first floor.

Liked: The location was good for our purposes and many of my friends said the hotel was nice.
Disliked: When my mom checked in, her room was not cleaned properly. There was gunk in the coffee pot still. They also cancelled my reservation and my mother's even after I called and confirmed it was okay that some on the group booking would arrive a day late. So I paid a no show fee twice and booked two rooms again even though their staff assured me I would not be penalized. We also had to wait over an hour for breakfast, we ordered at 9 am and didn't eat until 10:30 am and the food was stale and cold. Also, the Wi-Fi, while free, constantly disconnected and reconnected.
