Millennium Durham

The overall price was good for a two night stay and the hotel is located within 10-15 minutes of downtown Durham and 25 minutes from the airport. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. I was a bit surprised that I was asked to put a $100 incidentals charge/hold on my room although I suppose it's standard. I think the Millennium Durham is due for some upgrades to its exterior, parking areas, hallways and entry ways. That said, it was a good stay.

Liked: Convenience to downtown Durham. The price was okay as well.
Disliked: The rooms and hallways are a bit dated but overall clean and tidy.

Liked: Front desk was very nice and upgraded our room due to noise of night club.
Disliked: Decor and rooms need to be updated and modernized. Also, please take the night club out of the hotel - it's tacky.

Disliked: The bedding had blood stains on the comforter.

Disliked: Staff not friendly. Security deposit not refunded as yet.Room cleaning was not done even after requesting

Liked: The home/ historic feeling.
Disliked: The pool is small and should be cleaned daily plus the breakfast should be free.

Disliked: The rooms are disgusting! The first room smelted like Clorox and the bathtub fixture was broken!The second room that we were moved to had hair all over bathroom floor! The pillowcase was extremely wrinkled!
