I would have preferred a...

Liked: location is great and close to the District line.
Disliked: The room we were given was not the best room, and the electrical outlets were not near the bed. They pulled out a sofa bed for my colleague (even though the booking was for two twin beds); the desk to work was too close to the chair under, so you couldn't sit properly at the desk. I had to work in a restaurant area or an office.

Liked: Comfy beds Big bathroom Friendly staff
Disliked: Air con didn't work - was given a fan (which then was broken) Drain around toilet was blocked Check in was confusing - didn't know which hotel to go to and with heavy bags it wasn't helpful Poor WiFi signal Poor lighting No sockets or usb port by bed - found only 1 on the opposite side of the room
