Liked: Staff were wonderful, dinner in the Asian restaurant was excellent, we had a wonderful stay

Biltmore trip

Liked: Biltmore is downtown which was perfect for the start of our trip. We walked, used the metro used taxi and drove. Parking is pricey but if you not wish to spend the prices at the hotel you can find something at a lower cost. Depends if you prefer the convenience. Overall the hotel is great and we would certainly revisit.

Disliked: parking facility was mismanaged 7 levels kept 90% empty for valet parking

Liked: Everything
Disliked: Beds were good but the pillows were quite bad.On the other hand we had bad experience with the staff, they were rude and had a lot of bad attitude for no reason. One couldn’t ask them anything to get information without them replying rudely openly. This happened with three of their staff, the rest didn’t seem to care much in general which isn’t very good anyway.

Wish I had more time...

Liked: its really beautiful, a lot of old world style and elegance. It was a short trip, so I didn't get to fully explore, but will definitely book again just to check out the pool :)
