Cheap for a reason. Convenient.

Liked: Cheapest in the city - hence I chose it.Location was very close to the train station - convenient for my morning departure. Was at my airport gate within 30 minutes of departure from hotel.
Disliked: Required to leave the slaapkamer key at the front desk when you left for any reason (dinner, drinks etc(. This was strange and left a feeling of insecurity and lack of safety over your stuff in the room. No hot items during breakfast with very limited options. Coffee was burnt.

Superb

Liked: Great choice for travellers on a budget. Close to the train station and quite close to the city centre. Has everything you need, and very friendly staff available in the reception 24/7. Did not try the breakfast.

Great Customer Service at the...

Liked: A very nice hotel, close to everything you may need in Bologna. It's just one block away from Bologna's Central Train Station and some blocks away from the Piazza Maggiore and town center.The room was similar to the photos, shower was great and it had a nice area to work, with a frigobar under the table. The breakfast is very Italian.There are at least two 24h-open convenience stores nearby, which is a plus too.I would stay here again anytime in Bologna just by the super amazing staff at the entrance!That's how customer service should be!
